This displays the txt after saving it.
$ sudo clamscan -r / --bell --exclude-dir="/sys" | tee clamscan-results.log

This command only shows anything it finds.
$ sudo clamscan -r / --bell --exclude-dir="/sys" | grep "found" > clamscan-results.txt
