App Force Closing (TAKs Chat Android App)

I downloaded the chat app and when I clicked on it to open it, it force closed, I clicked on it again and it force closed again. I went to my settings and cleared the cache and even force stopped the app from there. I opened the app again and the same thing happened, it force closed. Even when I’m not using the app it keeps popping up the message that Tak’s chat has force closed.

Let’s make sure you did this right.

Step 1: Head to the Settings menu.

Step 2: Click App.

Step 3: Step 3: Tap on Storage and the buttons for clearing the cache and app data will become available.

Step 4: Go back and force close app.

Step 5: Restart Android phone.

Step 6: Open TAKs Chat.
