Flatpak Mouse Theme Support [Fix]

1. Install:
   • $ flatpak install flathub com.github.tchx84.Flatseal
2. Open Flatseal
3. To fix all Flatpak apps, select “All Applications” in the left sidebar or to fix a single Flatpak app, select that app from the list.
4. Scroll down to the “Filesystem” section.
   • In the “Other files” text box, add the paths to your icon/cursor folders. You’ll typically need to add:
     • ~/.icons/:ro
     • ~/.local/share/icons/:ro
       • The :ro at the end means “read-only,” which is safer.
5. Close and restart any flatpak apps.
