I needed to install the Korean language and this is how I did it.
1. sudo apt-get install fonts-arphic-ukai fonts-arphic-uming fonts-ipafont-mincho fonts-ipafont-gothic fonts-unfonts-core
2. Restart your computer by typing the following: sudo shutdown -r now
3. The Korean language should now work in all applications.
